My correpondents can hear me clear, but most of the time, I can't hear them clear. It is like if there were missing packets. Here is the setup: router zyxel prestige 600 series, IP phone Grandstream Budge Tone -100, VOIP provider Iconnecthere, ADSL boradband (speed varies from 500 to1,500 kbps). Can anyone help? peepnklown Posted March 23, 2005 CID Share Posted March 23, 2005 A while back when I worked for this company they changed over to VOIP and this problem would come up once in a while. http://www.iconnecthere.com/nonmembers/eng/accessories/accessories_grand.html I would do this before calling tech support since they will probably have you run through all these steps.
