I dont know if I should try to find a better host for a faster transfer then or if the program took up bandwidth. Ill set my setting to 3.5mbps because I just remembered I think my modem is too slow to handle 4mbps Its the RCA DCM 245. The highest I have reached is 3.5mbps so far so should I make my settings to 3500kbps instead of 4000 then?
