What should my Cablenut settings be for 4mbps, and 384kbps?

I have Win XP no SP at all.

i took a guess at 350ms b/c im still working on that file i sent you... im updating it right now

to get a accurate latency time, start downloading a fairly large file (a couple MB), then run the program i sent you.  ill update the settings accordingly :)

sorry it didnt work right, im updating a lot at once and im not finished yet :)

Ya i was downloading a huge game...  It was going 360 or so then I started the pgrogram and it droppped to like 120...  I dont know if I should try to find a better host for a faster transfer then or if the program took up bandwidth.

That was while downloading at 300kbps

OK with that i am getting about 3mbps.  Ill set my setting to 3.5mbps because I just remembered I think my modem is too slow to handle 4mbps  Its the RCA DCM 245.  The highest I have reached is 3.5mbps so far so should I make my settings to 3500kbps instead of 4000 then?
