kittyspeed Posted March 29, 2005 CID Share Posted March 29, 2005 I recently signed up for comcast and the salesguy said I was getting 6mbps. I want to make sure I'm getting what I paid for so I'm glad to have come across your test service. Wondering how I interpret speed test results. Thanks for your help
REH Posted March 29, 2005 CID Share Posted March 29, 2005 Well go take a test and paste the results here, and we'll let you know if you're getting close to your advertised speeds, and if you're not... we'll try to get you there. Click Download test at the top of the screen, then use the 2992kb test. -REH

stratguy Posted March 29, 2005 CID Share Posted March 29, 2005 It's not to bad but it looks like your on the silver tier because your speed is arounf 4 megs a sec and the silver tier is 4000/384. If you know for sure you are on the gold tier then do an upload test and lets see what it is. Something else could be holding your speeds down.
