Help with my wireless connection?

I've been looking at the testmy forums for a while now but never felt like posting...

I have a wireless connection (not through a router)...and it started off fine I was getting the advertisted speeds 160kbs down and a solid 20kbs up.....but now it has all gone to hell. There is no spyware/adware on my computer and I don't know what to do. I have tryed vans cablenut and the TCP tweeks. That helped a little but still not satisfying...... I called my ISP (Ntelos) <---local ISP and they dont really know much. But they can monitor my speeds and it shows that everything looks good on there end...

Any help would be nice. :)

here is my recent down test
