I clean my computer daily and all that. I use Comcast High Speed cable internet, download speed isn't too bad I guess. I've tweaked by using TCPOptimizer, selecting Extreme settings and using those except for changing it's optimized value of MRU from 1500 to 1492 to keep my Xbox from constantly disconnecting when I log onto Xbox Live.
