gr8dane Posted July 9, 2005 CID Share Posted July 9, 2005 We had an advertised cable outage early this morning - no problem. Tonight, after the outage, my speed has dropped abt 3,000 Kbps and it is impossible to get hold of Tech Support either by phone or via their chat. My speeds went from a respectable 4,250 Kbps to just over 1,000 Kbps. Anyone else in Seal Beach/Orange County noticing their connection has slowed down? Funny thing is that the Adelphia Speed Test website does NOT reflect this slowdown. There I get the usual results.
