jaybee Posted July 10, 2005 CID Share Posted July 10, 2005 hi i have been having this problem for about 8 months and i will be playing / browsing / downloading and my connection will stop, No warning no nothing. My connection icon in the tray shows it being connected but not receiving packets, just sending them. my router is a BEFSR41 and no other computers have this problem on the network just mine , i have tried multiple network cards, but the one that stays connected the longest is a ( AEI Usb to fast ethernet connection) or somthing like that, we got that from ntl broadband. some more info OS: Windows xp pro 3 networking cards ( 2 disabled 1 enabled Wired LAN connection any help will be apreciated , thanks!
