Verizon FIOS upload speeds in Middletown, DE ...

I think my upload speeds are a bit slow for what Verizon is advertising.  Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with FIOS so far.  I do think that the upload speeds should be faster though.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Here are my stats.

Connection is:: 14792 Kbps about 14.8 Mbps (tested with 12160 kB)

Download Speed is:: 1806 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 264X faster than 56K 1MB download in 0.57 sec

Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 329.63 % faster than the average for host (verizon.net)

Diagnosis: Looks Great : 3.33 % faster than the average for host (verizon.net)
