hoodlegend Posted July 19, 2005 CID Share Posted July 19, 2005 I wasn't too sure how to title this, but when I'm not accessing the internet, my computer is still recieving packets. I check my task manager and I can't find a service runnin that could be causing this. I don't know what to do and I need help. It never stops, it just keeps on receiving packets.
