Need Help With Connection Yet Again

I am on the comcast 6/768 plan. But I always get about 4.3 download and I get almost my cap in upload. But anytime I take the download test the progress bar freezes up about halfway. If anyone out there can hook me up with the newsest cablenut settings it would be greatly appreciated.I'm jealous of you comcast users out there who are getting between 6.2-8 download. Thanks all!
