I go through a local small telecom here in Bend, OR and they have killer DSL...

Bottom Line:: 107X faster than 56K 1MB download in 1.4 sec

Diagnosis: Looks Great : 17.12 % faster than the average for host (bendtel.net)

These aren't bad speeds for a small telecom that runs their own DSLAMS and bandwidth.

I tried the smarttest and the individual test and they all came out around the same score...wish I could get up to the full 1mbps for upload so if anyone ahs a suggestion let me know. There's also just a handful of people in the city that have this service so far so I kno it's not an overload issue.

if you have cablenut installed, open adjuster and make a screenshot of your current settings

for tweaking upload you can try setting your "Default Sendwindow" to 128000 and click save to registry and reboot

if that didnt help, just blank out the value, click save to registry again and restart your PC
