I have 3 connection from 3 different providers via Optic Fiber , and the speed vay :

I took the speed test at [sPAM] using IE, Firefox and Opera . 

With the same data size, the results don't match :

IE :        DownLoad Speed : 9001 Kbps    UpLoad Speed : 2233 Kbps 

Firefox : DownLoad Speed : 5512 Kbps    UpLoad Speed : 1439 Kbps

Opera :  DownLoad Speed : 2148 Kbps    UpLoad Speed : 870 Kbps

What can be wrong ?

I pay 10 Euros/month  for each connection

What can be wrong ?

You're using a crap server to do your test on.  Try using one of the following test servers.

http://miranda.ctd.anl.gov:7123/

http://server1.testmy.net/d_load.php

http://jlab4.jlab.org:7123/

Let us know how these come out.
