Cobra Posted October 18, 2004 Author CID Share Posted October 18, 2004 yea but i havent tweaked it yet so im thinking its got potential. and i only wanted advice for my download speed because it isnt all that constant. like in the tests, usually ill go above the cap or have like 130 or 110, but when im actually downloading a file itll start at like 600 then start falling and settle at 300 or so. its not a real huge problem, but its a really annoying one...
