A frequent Problem with my service

I have SBC Yahoo Pro but it doesn't always perform well. Sometimes it can be at 315kbps and at other times, like now, it's at this:

Bottom Line:: 12X faster than 56K 1MB download in 12.19 sec

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 38.1 % of your hosts average (pacbell.net)

I don't really get it...then in about probably 3 hours it'll be back to normal.  This has been happening ever since the upgrade back in the beginning of july.  I just wanted to know if this is normal or a problem.

Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 40.24 % faster than the average for host (pacbell.net)

its a problem in your line use to have that it will go bad after a while  but i switched to cox
