EDIT: It could be also affected by the distance from you to the C.O. office of TELUS because the farther you are from theat office, the less speed you get on your connection.. No right now im not with telus..im still with dcc but i may switch to telus and dcc gives me 10/1.5 meg connection but i wanna switch to telus because they are offering 3/640 connection but there goes faster because i checked on my friends who lives close to me...
