resopalrabotnick Posted April 12, 2006 Author CID Share Posted April 12, 2006 the connection atm isn't stable enough to tweak. if i change settings and things slow down how am i to know if it's the settings or onelink causing the problem. as for max speed, i got some tests in the 4200 and 4400 range today. checked the modem and saw that the down cap had been raised from 4000000 to 4400000. too bad they didn't put that extra bandwidth in upload instead... drebel Posted April 12, 2006 CID Share Posted April 12, 2006 Well my connection is now 100% fully fixed. The issue was a tweak somewhere deep within the registry. I managed to backtrack it to a change made by autopatcher under the tweaks section. After reseting all tweaks done and all the TCP/IP stack my speeds are perfect. :::..
