here is my trace im having problems 2 for the past 3 weeks with charter and the techs say everything checks out fime i say bullshit i know better. i am running windows xp with sp2 my speed should be 3000/256 im getting way lower speeds please ive recentily replaced my modem and it worked great 4 2 days and then bam same thing slow speeds but my upload does not seem to be affected just my dl speeds anyway heres is my tracert
