boywonder Posted December 15, 2005 CID Share Posted December 15, 2005 Ok check and make sure Network Connections, Remote Procedure Call (RPC) , Windows Management Instrumentation and Event Log are all set to Auto. If not do so then click apply hit Ok and restart your computer see if that helps
boywonder Posted December 15, 2005 CID Share Posted December 15, 2005 If you dont have a 3rd party Firewall, you may want to check out Kerio Personal Firewall 4. It's FREE so if you dont have the $Cash$ it's a winner. http://www.kerio.com/kpf_download.html
stylinwiley Posted December 15, 2005 Author CID Share Posted December 15, 2005 ok guys i did this i surch google gotta love it and it worked; RESOLUTION To resolve this issue: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Services. 2. Double-click the service that did not start. 3. Click the Log On tab. 4. Verify that the service has not been disabled for the hardware profile that you are using. If it has, click Enable. 5. Click the General tab. Verify that the service has not been disabled in the Startup Type box. If it has, click Automatic to have it start when you start the computer.
