Roadrunner Modem

hey i was wondering if someone can, give me the best settings for

5/356 Roadrunner connection, PCX2200 Cable Modem, Connected to a linksys 2.4 GHz wireless B 4way switch.

wireless is on the lowest setting for my other computer.

I'm getting like 6 mbp/s down and upload never changes. @ 356 kbp/s

but i wanna get into my Roadrunner connection properties and change my settings there

cable nut has its own settings; I've had run test at broadband something or w/e

changed the settings, so thats alright

give me some info.

any more info needed just ask.
