Access Overload Class in UM175 Diag Screens/HDDR

What does the ACCESS OVERLOAD CLASS need to be set on when you force HDDR? (UM175/Verizon)

It lists a range of 1 to 15, and always defaults on 15.

I've tried 3, 10, and 15, and I dont see any noticeable change.

What exactly does this control?

For many of your questions like which tower and this have you asked your ISP first yet? If so what did they say?  [geek-small]

Well, this is a MILLENICOM account, which basically is a VERIZON account sold by a third party. So, those people are clueless.

As many towers are leased, sometimes its not clear who operates service out of a specific tower (not even by going right up to the gate and reading the signs).

I hope it was cheap enough. Sounds like lousy customer service.
