I used own a cell phone store and this is advice I can give you 1: contact the seller and return it 2: contact the manufacture to get repaired 3: no other choice the service provider wouldn't do anything cause phone is not sold by thier authorized dealer. hope this clear the confusion

Samsung 286 or 265, 33MHz with no hard drive but a hugh 5.25 inch floppy of cos with awesome DOS black and white display ah good ole days!! I paid some what 1200 dollars or more? dont remember, compare to my freind's commodore with his12 inch kitchen TV hooked up mine was state of the art in that time

My old RCA white with green button modem crapped out last week. the sympton was slow connection 100-1500Kbps for a while then all the LED (INCLD mail LED! ) start blinking RR came 3 days later then found a bad modem and gave me a new Black and white 2 tone color much smaller (3in * 3in) modem I'm much happier with this unit for smaller foot print with so far reliable speed results If you having unreliable peed for some or any reason I think it's a good Idea to ask for a this newer model the model # is [move]DCM-425 [/move] I am going to keep this until I get the Verizon Fiber in my town I live about 20 miles from huntington beach, CA make me think I'll get that connection pretty soon see ya all happy browsing :::..
