You don't know what I'm talking about? Comcast's infamous "You've downloaded over the cap, but we won't tell you what the cap is" letters? I thought a lot of people got those.

Its almost impossible to get in trouble for downloading APPS illegally, unless your stupid about it and are telling everybody like a public service announcement. I have this buddy who literally sells this stuff on CD's for a living, right in the open in public places and has NEVER got caught Movies, Games, Apps, ect ect. That he downloads. Hes been doing it for around precisely 10 years...

I did a tweak test http://ttester.broadbandreports.com/tweak/block:1cdeead?service=cable&speed=6000&os=winXP&via=normal and it says: Choose RWIN between 56940 and 150380 (FAQ #586) And i download DRTCP and my RWIN is 256960 I have 6000 mb download, what numbers should i use? Or should i keep it like that?

I sometimes get those speeds when I'm seeding on bit torrent, probably what happened with that test....

Well to be truthfully honest, Its almost impossible to solve problems like this on a forum. Do you have a tech scheduled to come out? What type of DSL modem do you have? (Specifically, Like Speedtouch 5200, ect.)
