hey, I've been having problems where I will get Extremely low dl speeds during peak hours, sort of after 6 pm eastern time. I also get bad packet loss.
My operating system is windows xp professional with sp2
my isp is optimum online, advertised speed is 10000 1000 i think
tweaking hasn't worked that well for me, just caused problems so I think I am screwing up somewhere, these are my test results. I ran these tests at a non-peak time for me, they get much worse at peak hours. will post peak hour ones when I get a chance. thanks in advance for advice.
