coz my original Xp is SP1 and I upgrade to sp2 from the internet and try to repair it I mast have sp1 the repair didn't work with sp2

when I try to check system file with sfc /scannow it's asking about XP CD when I put it it's said not the version of this one you installed I was upgrade it from SP1 to SP2 from windows update .. is it mean it will only work with SP1...
