Joe- You are correct. A 1 notch turn of your dish in either direction, rotating like a steering wheel will be the amount of adjusting needed if your Cross pole(ACP) is off, 2-3 notches max! Mark the location with a fine marker and loosen the bolts enough to turn dish(like a steering wheel)

Jewels- Do you mean after failing they moved you, then you passed? I am not sure but I was told you just needed to pass "most of them" This from an installer who left me with a cp of 53, 2 minutes of adjusting and it was 74 passing 11 out of 12 or so.
