Hey guys new update... My parents called rogers to switch our phone line to roger from bell (I don't know why they did that.... I hate rogers) so the techician came today and the neighbors immediatly shutoff their downloads making me look like a dumbass while I explained to him my problem. Well even after I explained the guy said there's nothing he could do abt my slow speed since it is caused by my neighbors and not the problems with the equipment... but yeah look at my speed now... and will continue like this till his rogers red van leaves (he's downstairs as I type)

yup same time everyday.... And yeah the bad thing about cable is that you have to share the net traffic with ppl in ur neighborhood. It's usually about 4 houses using the same "cablebox" located outside of our house, where every rogers customer can acess

1) I hear him pull up the driveway at around 4:45pm

2) I see my ping go up at 500-700 on 4:49pm

3) I get pissed off and shakes my fist towards his house

4) I come here to check for new msges

I remember there was this one time where the net was not moving at all! and I had a paper due so I went over and told him to slow down his uploads, and the lag were gone. The next day it was back on to surferable 56k speed.

1 hr later he just got home and look what happen....

lol I already tried that it still lags... the best way to screw him up is to use my sis's notebook and get on his wireless router (he doesn't have password) and I change his settings... but they go back the next 2 hrs.. but yeah that's the only way, too bad I can't keep doing this since my sis is never home with her notebook (at university).

LOL I FOUND MY LASER POINTER (3 of them acually from 2 years ago when I was still 14). He just closed his curtains hahaha... but yeah good idea, but the thing is my parents will get more annoyed with the music than him.

Just get one of those little laser things that you can play with the animals with and shine it in his eyes through the window then duck.. keep doing it, he either gets way annoyed or goes blind
