  1. lol I dont do speed test while I upload... I did my 2nd speed test while my neighbor was home and the 1st one when he wasnt.. I have emailed to rogers about this, but they are not believing that its the neighbors fault, and want to check it out for themselves. So should I make an appointment for them to come over, or will my neighbor shutoff his upload when the cable guy comes which will make me look stupid (since the net will be fine when he stops uploading)

  3. Hey guys I live in Canada (Toronto) I was just wondering if you guys can help me out or give me advice as to what to do. I have rogers (Broadband who advertised its speed at 3Mbps) and over the past 2 months I noticed that my speed has dropped from 4Mbps to 0.36Mbps. It seems that during the daytime my speed won't be able to exceed 1Mbps, however at times when I test it (really early in the morning 7am or really late after 2am) my speed is at like 4.5Mbps. I'm just wondering what to do about this, and what the problem is, and hopefully you guys can help me fix it  :o
