What the hell onelink is doing that is giving Critical error in my modem.....I buy this from Adelphia only....Motorola

Maybe this is the reason I am having slow speed. Can somebody explain these entries also,

rajmarie : your upstream level are really bad , can you give me a bit of details of how is your cable set up at your house, thanks

  2. I even tried emailing them to [email protected] so I could email them the tracert with pingplotter which is a program that makes a graph of packet loss and hops but look what I got yay!!

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, because the message was forwarded more than the maximum allowed times. This could indicate a mail loop.

          [email protected]

    Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected]

    Action: failed

    Status: 4.4.6

They still with adelphia in their email my god those guys really do blow.... :haha:

  3. Is this good?

    Tx Power 46.5 dBmV

    Rx Power -3.5 dBmV

    Downstream SNR 34.8 dB

    Downstream MER 33.4 dB

    Tx Frequency 33000000 Hz

    Rx Frequency 573000000 Hz

Yes your signals looks very good, downstream levels optimal is 0dbmV but with temperature changes and fluctuations it varies so ur near 0 and that is ok, 46dbmV in upstream is almost perfect since you are trying to get to 48dbmV

  4. I had not seen such a low cable connection till today, it feels like im on 56k dialup again what the hell, tracert looks like hell too.

  5. I know a lot of people  benefit from p2p because I am one. I wouldn't be so pissed right now if I coudl actually browse webpages, send email without a hassle but guys, you can't even watch pages what the hell? I think after the adelphia to onelink transfer , it started running smoothly but some dumb fuck decided to start blocking p2p and control access, which limits our bandwidth and basically screws everything, not to mention THEIR PROBLEM WITH THE UDP PROTOCOL!!!

I hope they fix this shit soon or else they gonna be hearing complaints from me the whole year.

  6. So far the connection has been pretty stable, my signal levels in the cable modem are very bad but I have to call a teach to correct the problem, so far so good. I talked about the p2p to the tech and they told me they are implenting it as a band aid fix till they fix their routing problem speciall with miami, lets hope is the truth.

  7. I seem to be learning a lot from you everyday parabot, keep us updated with the knowledge please. By the way what do you think of my signal levels, I think they are really off .

Those signal levels are with a 6db tap DC Coupler

  8. I still see miami  at hop #5 while tracing it with
