Pretty much. You can do what I did when they say its out of their control. Ask for a credit. Then they will say "out of our control". I say I pay you, you pay them and I want a credit! I pay you for complete serving its not my problem you are getting screwed. Be firm about it .

We had slow speeds for a while here at night in the beginning, but it has stableized a lot. Not to many glitches lately. Do you get bad speeds at http://sp1.insightbb.com/ at night or is when you get out of Insight.

I don't have that proplem. Nothing gets wasted here.
