I have delt with Creative Labs before when installing my first CD-R several years ago.They stayed on the phone from start to finish even waited till I buttoned up the case.In my opinion they really stand behind their products

I go to additional options browse go to my pictures select hit open and it puts it in the attach box. When I try to post I get a pop up box saying you might have to reattach. So far the only way I can get a picture to post is to use Sparky's site

When I try to attach a picture it always tells me to reattach what am I doing wrong?

Should you have to power cycle the modem once a week because speeds fall? Is this normal or is the modem going bad? I have a RCA DCM425 on insightbb. I didn't have this problem in the beginning but it is gettin more frequent as time passes.
