  1. Nope, as soon as I applied the new settings I got an alert and the transmit and system lights on the modem went out. As long as there is no benefit to bypass the proxy this is fine. I was only wondering if it would speed things up. I did use the proxy settings that DW sent me which differs some from the instructions online-local host directwaysupport.com; is changed to systemcontrolcenter.com;.   3. I have had my system for a couple of months now and after reading the boards I have several questions. I am on the Pro plan using the IA8 (89 West) and frequency 1150. Receive and Transmit Polarization are both horizontal. My signal strength is between 68 and 70 on a regular basis.
