It is a driver in linux and it is also in windows called Cool'N Quiet which is a reduction in both clock frequency and voltage at idle. saves alot of power.

I listen to live sets and there about 2 to 3 hours and sometimes in my car i want to listen to a certain part in the huge track. What mp3 player would allow me get to the certain part fast? On adsl/2 we get it for $15, since we can log into the dslam we can change it to what ever my copper can handle. Right now im to far from the CO to get adsl. I can get idsl for $30 but comcast works great for me.

Well these are my covad speeds. The part i didnt tell you is i work at covad and these are from work.We have a full DS3. In the test room 2 bonded t1's and 1 other t1 and 1 idsl and alot of routers for testing.
