If you're on satellite AMC9 (1370) you're most likely expeiencing a problem that has been widely reported. For more information check out these two posts on DSLReports.com: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,15530328 http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,15486927 A workaround that seems to help is to force range down to 2/3 (instead of 4/5). A better solution is to call Direcway and complain very specifically about slow uploads on AMC9 - and mention that it's being experienced and documented by multiple users. Good luck!
