Just change the file size in the link to anything other than one of the true test file sizes, and that's how I did it a few days ago lol, I just didn't think about posting

I believe you're on the 6000/168 plan right? If this is correct, and you are infact running XP service pack 2, use the attatched cablenut file. It's VanBuren's version 5 for SP2.  Just unzip the file, doubt click it, and click save settings to registry in cablenut. Then reboot.
