At last, my connection's better!!! It seems the problem was in our modem...it was just too old I guess....

After the replacement, I just did what you guys posted, since it was still slow, and now here's the new result

VanBuren, I just finished doing all those listed...finally...but still no change...I also did the TCP optimizer config, still going to do another speed test though...just to see any difference...

Ok, apparently, my ISP is running at 1mbps, and my friend doesn't really believe in those accelerators cuz he thinks that they're just RAM eaters.
