Does anyone think that maybe that upload and download could be 2 separate ranking databases to be used for comparison of ISP providers. Im trying to push my ISP to up the upload speeds. No luck!

im just wondering what does it take to get my name on the leaderboard. is it amount of tests taken, or even if i had 2 different ISP. even from a different country testing in. please let me know what the criteria is.
