No need to get testy, I have no way of knowing your level of technical expertise unless you tell me, and some people wouldn't even know to check. In that case, you can get a video/tv card for your computer for around 20$ U.S. from Tiger Direct or a similar site.

Do you know if it has either a usb or firewire connection?

for dsl thats pretty good for dsl and your running about 85% of your line speed for upload.  for dsl its a bit harder to get close to your cap cause of line quality and distance but thats still very good    have you tried tweaking it a little ?

I've kinda been afraid to try any tweaks, since it's pretty good now.(up until October all I could get here was dial up, so it seems pretty fast by comparison.

You might try the TCP Optimizer and tweak it abit like Blunted mentioned. You get it here.
