Yes I have a Router. It doesn't matter, and in fact I don't even bother talking about it. Even if I remove it like the Techs at RoadRuner tell me to remove it for tests, it still does not fix their problems. Today it looks like - in the last couple of hours- they fixed some problems on their end. RoadRunner = LIARS ! the Network is intermittent and slower than a freking glacier!

Miserable Crappy scumbag RoadRunner... Thsi damned lawsuit that was filed against TW/RR better ream their arses... They stil refuse to fix their damned computers. If you call them they blame your computer. No point in even calling these dirtbags, They get my $115.00 per month. I am just very angry for 6 months of really bad Internet service. Those that cannot get another cable or DSL Internet service are screwed.

This information is wrong. I live in San Diego County. I get about 3600/360 maybe you copied it off their website, but it is full of lies. I have TW/RR and have talked to them over the packages just a week or two ago. There are no changes. I have both Cable TV and RaodRunner Internet with them.
