The city of Fortaleza is closer to Europe. in 2024 Google DNS 8.8.8.8 was a good choice. Most of the times I use my ISP (Internet Service Provider) DNS or 1.1.1.1 cloudflare. The server with the Lowest Latency might have better upload speeds ouside the house "clear view" I find the upload results strange from Japan. I have Tested all TMN servers with fixed internet and the two closest servers on 4 and 5G wireless signal from a local tower with antennas. Have a great day

We believe Starlink and Eutelsat OneWeb are a good choices to have Internet in Antarticia with about 200 ms (milliseconds( latency) 1/5th of a second. Some servers in different areas of the globe might justify better cooling systems in the future.
