With Cox 10 Mbps service.

I live in North San Diego County, and I always get higher speeds than what I pay for. Ive never had a problem with slow speeds. As far as their security suite, ive never used it and never plan on it. I just have Norton and googles pop up blocker. Sad to hear you are having such problems, good luck.
