i checked the terms at their website and it says if the service is terminated within the 12 month lock-in period customer has to pay the remaining unused months whether the termination is caused by customer or smartbro (i think).

welp, somehow after changing my IP to 10.20.30.40, did an arp -a, i saw 169.254.1.1 which is the IP of the canopy itself. i changed the QoS settings and now here is my latest:
hello, does one need to reset the canopy if it seems to block html access? i tried the default IP and can't access the configuration page (after configuring my IP accordingly). i tried to access using the IP of the default gateway also to no success. AFAIK, the default gateway/router should be canopy.
