Hi guys! I've been going so slow the past 2 days after i formatted my hard drive. I configured my canopy and did all the stuff that is suggested on this forum. Before i was goin 400+ but now am having a hard time getting my normal connection w/c is 400+ of course. Is it because i erased all the files in my HD (though i have a back up of my previous cablenut settings and the optimizer too), I was just wandering what made my connection so slow. current speed: Previous speed before formatting PC is around 400 to 450 PLEASE HELP!

Just to share with you guys.. I merely experienced speed of less than 200kbps. Well, that's sweet. Even at peak hours, which is from 3pm to 10pm (Philippine Time). Only with the exception of saturday and sunday, for which I experienced a bandwidth lower than 150.

I did tweak the canopy and used some tweaker like tcp optimizer and cablenut.

I have been using both cable nut and tcp optimizer with junph101 and gourame's setting. I could only say that, I have been experiencing speed more than that is advertised on the TV. Thanks to our tweaker! Good job guys! More power!

Hi azgauth! I too have experienced the same thing. But only during 5:30pm to 10:00pm (Philippine time). Nonetheless, my average speed is 350 and up. Right now, I am using both junph101 setting for tcpoptimizer and gourame's cablenut setting simultaneously.

there are a lot of tweaking methods in here. Go to page 1 of this thread if you want to know some tweaking basics.

hmmm.. I havent tried regcure yet, but registry mechanic have been very helpful to me for 2 years now. Try it out. The installer can be found here: http://www.pctools.com/registry-mechanic/ Note: you have to register it first if you want it to work. It will scan though, but it will not clean unless you register it. Search for it in google. I will not post any license key in here, since it is prohibited.

Yeah, its kind of my habit way back. It started when i was still on college. I used to do research and reviews on different online and offline games. Hours ago, the contractors came into my house and installed that antenna or something on my roof. I took a good look before they installed it and listed all the numbers esp the ESN where I could find the mac address for me to access my canopy page. TNX a lot guys, now I can access my canopy without the trouble of going onto my roof because you guys handed out information bago p man ako magplagay ng wifi. *huggles*

This is a very nice forum. The tweakers esp coolbuster, junph101 and gourame are the reasons I chosed smart as my ISP. I hope i become one with the 400+ club
