ok but restarting the modem is no harm. but ok i take it as everything is fine. no software problems and no nothing in ur computer but then there will be a problem in connection. see http://www.testmy.net/topic-4410 . they sometimes i donno it might be many times the people whoever walks in for setting up has no background info about all this stuff and they just install the connection. so not sure maybe ur connection is one of most other prople in here who faces problem due to incorrect connection which creates disturbance hence lack of clearity in signal

woah man u got really cool connection but hehe Comcast has 4000 Mbps and ur isp provides 3000 which means that u can use up good uploading speed but not downloading speed as Comcast. but good news for users who needs the good uploading speeds, they can use this one for better
