    Hey, I live in central florida, and can testify to the fact that Road runner is upgrading, in my area, its standard package, at no extra charge. From 5 Mbps down, and 384 Kbps, to 7 Mbps, and 512 Kbps.... They also lowered the price of the premium service of 10 Mbps (upgraded from 8Mbps) to 59.95..... NOTE: These are prices and changes for the central florida area... through bright house networks.
