our home as of now has a temporary electricity supply. Because of our low Voltage Power supply my PC tends to restart. Will buying a UPS (GIANT ups) solve this problem?

Hi there, is it illegal to access you smartbro canopy and change its configuration ( I changed the QoS setting the uplink and downlnk burst allocations from 768 to max 1500) will the smartbro know it?
