yep...i tried calling their customer service rep and they said that something is not aligned on my canopy...thus subject to visit by the technical team...but the speed went up a bit with the 4 steps...thanks coolbuster! [ btw CHEZ, how do you do the color coding stuff?

BRO's started acting weird since last midnight until now...the problem maybe their base stations. Emailed them this afternoon regarding this matter.
