Hi, here are my replies : 1&2. attached are the programs and processes, by the way im using vista 3. first try, im using a different firewall.. but i have deactivated it since yesterday, but my speed is still the same 4. i have a router, but i have also tried it directly connecting to the DSL 5. extensions are mainly for phone lines, the pldt who installed the DSL said that the data will be slower since we have multiple extensions thanks in advance
