no change, did install VisualRoute 2005 and it gives me this message...Analysis: 'testmy.net' was found in 16 hops (TTL=48). There appears to be a firewall at hop 0 or 1 that is blocking incoming ICMP TTL expired in transit messages for hops 1-15. Please contact your network administrator for help. I have turned off the firewall in windows wth??? my modem/router Linksys WCG200-CC could it have a firewall that I cant see? when I go to the settings page for it theres nothing mentioned of one?

just got off the phone with comcast and they say im provisioned for the 6Mb 768 line now, my speeds are still no where near 6 Mb down,anyone know what the cablenut settings would be for comcast's 6000/768 ?? Thanks in advance Ry.

firewall is off my setup is the comcast home networking thing Linksys WCG200-CC it's a wired & wireless system,the PC in the den is wireless and this one is wired ,the wireless one gets 3.2 - 3.9 ? I would think that the wired one would be better. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks Ry.
