Firefox seems slower then IE on my PC but im still using firefox 95% of the time unless a site requires IE. The slower speed is worth it for less spyware.

yo eliyale i'm in va also. i'm on 3000/256 though. i believe adelphia has raised the cap for both 3000/256 and 4000/512. Maybe one of these days i'll upgrade to premier and top those scores  but i'm fine with my speeds right now. i just wish my upload was faster...ahhh it sucks so bad

I am currently living in WV. Those speeds there are what i normally get. Now like the other day when i was downloading mandrake i was able to get 350k/sec. But i won't be complaining since this is the only option for me since i live too far away for Verizon DSL which i'd doubt i'd want anyways with the speeds i've been getting. Tried tweaking the connection a little bit and didn't notice much difference overall so i think i'm set. Setup is Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router>SB5100 modem>Linksys 10/100 NIC.

Paying for 3000/256. Been getting advertised speeds all the time since getting Adelphia high speed 2 weeks ago. Alot better then my days of 56K where i was LUCKY to get 3k/sec. Once my $26/6months deal runs out i think i'll switch to premier which offers 4000/512.
