  1. I checked there. It was checked. Thanks for replying. Sounds like this is not a problem with my direcway connection, but it seems funny that when I changed from dial up to direcway, I started having this problem.
  2. I am new to this forum and really don't know how to find an answer to my problem. I have been with Direcway for a few weeks and can't speak the same language as customer support. I can play streaming video with ease, but I can't seem to download anything. Not even pdf files. The line at the bottom of the page says "opening page www.whatever page" and the progress bar gets up to 5 bars and stays there. It no longer opens a page asking where you want to save the file. Nothing is downloaded in this lifetime. My speed is called "awesome" on this testmy.com speedtest. Can anyone tell me what's going on. Direcway chat help (they write in English!) told me to disconnect the power cord, wait 30 seconds and reconnect. No good. They said go to the msconfig and disable all. No help. Please help me!
